Anything below your star rating always waits for a human.

No. Google Play and Google Business Profile are a sign-in and a picker. The Apple App Store is the exception. It has no sign-in flow, so you create an App Store Connect API key and upload the .p8 file, which the in-app guide walks through with screenshots. On Google Play, the Google account you sign in with also needs “Reply to reviews” permission in the Play Console. Nothing here needs a line of code.
