Data Deletion Policy

This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can delete the data AI Review Sensor (“AI Review Sensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) holds about you and your connected platforms when you use our website, beta program, and product (collectively, the “Service”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and why.

• Delete your whole account — in the app, go to Settings → Account → “Delete my account” and confirm with your password. This permanently removes your profile, imported reviews, comments, and messages, reply drafts, brand-voice settings, and your connected-platform credentials.
• Disconnect a single platform — from Integrations, disconnecting a platform deletes the access token we stored for it and stops further syncing.
• By email — you can also email a deletion request from your registered address to [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request”; we may verify your identity before acting on it.

Deleting your account removes your profile, imported reviews, comments, and messages, reply drafts, brand-voice settings, and every connected-platform credential we stored for you. Disconnecting a single platform removes only the access token and data we stored for that platform.

We cannot delete content that lives on the third-party platform itself — for example, a reply already published publicly on the App Store, Google Play, or a social platform. You manage that content directly on the platform where it was published.

We complete deletion from our active systems within 30 days of your request. Residual copies in encrypted, access-controlled backups are purged on a rolling schedule, after which the data is no longer recoverable, except where we must retain certain records to meet a legal obligation.
