AI Review Sensor

Plans and limits

What each plan includes, how the reply allowance is counted, and what happens when you reach it.

The plans

Three tiers, and each one keeps everything below it.

Free. Free forever. 1,000 AI review replies, unlimited apps and listings, translation, sentiment and intent detection. No card. That 1,000 is a one-time allowance for the life of the account rather than a monthly one. See below.

Starter. 10,000 AI review replies a month, refreshed on the first. Adds team members with role-based access, spam and abuse auto-flagging, and ASO and SEO keyword suggestions.

Pro. Unlimited AI review replies, advanced brand-voice tuning, priority support.

Current prices are on the pricing page, including the yearly rate.

How the cap is counted

One review costs one credit, spent the moment the first AI draft is attempted for that review.

What that means day to day:

  • Regenerating, humanizing, or editing and redrafting the same review is free. You are charged once per review, however many attempts it takes to get the reply right.
  • Reading, syncing, classifying and translating cost nothing. Only drafting is metered.
  • Replying by hand costs nothing. Write it yourself and no credit is spent.
  • Connecting more apps costs nothing either. The app and listing count is unlimited on every plan, including Free.

Paid plans reset with the calendar month. On the first of the month the counter goes back to zero.

Free does not reset. The Free allowance is a one-time total across the life of the account, counted as distinct reviews ever drafted. Once it is used, it stays used.

Pro has no cap, so nothing is counted and nothing can block.

Reaching the cap

You are told before you get there. A notification fires as usage crosses 80%, 90% and 100% of the allowance, once per threshold rather than on every reply.

At the cap, drafting stops for reviews that have not been drafted yet. Everything else carries on:

  • Reviews keep syncing in from every connected platform.
  • They are still classified and translated.
  • Drafts already written are still yours to edit, approve and send.
  • You can still write and send replies yourself.

Nothing is lost or skipped. The queue keeps filling; it just stops arriving pre-written.

On a paid plan the block lifts by itself when the month rolls over. On Free it does not. That allowance is spent, and upgrading is how you get more.

Team members and roles

Team members with role-based access are what Starter adds over Free, so you can bring in the people who actually answer customers.

Roles decide what each person can do: connect a store, edit the brand voice, change automation, or only draft and reply. Access is per workspace, and you can suspend a member without deleting their history.

The daily digest goes to the owner and every active member except developers.

Upgrading, downgrading, cancelling

You can change plan or cancel at any time from Billing.

Upgrading applies straight away, so a Free account that has spent its allowance can draft again as soon as it is on a paid plan.

Invoices and receipts are in the same place, and they download as PDFs if finance asks.

What happens to the remainder of a paid period is set out in our refund and cancellation policy. That page is the authority, not this one.
