AI Review Sensor

Dashboard and analytics

The daily action view, the longer trend view, and which number to trust for what.

Dashboard vs Analytics

Two views, two jobs.

Dashboard is about today. What came in, what needs you, what went out. It is a to-do list with numbers on it.

Analytics is about the trend. Reply rate, average rating, sentiment mix, and how they have moved over the range you picked.

If you only open one each morning, open the Dashboard. Analytics is a Monday thing.

What the Dashboard shows

  • New reviews since yesterday.
  • Needs you: the queue, urgent and negative first.
  • Awaiting reply: everything still unanswered.
  • Auto-replied: what went out without a human.
  • Spam caught: what got flagged.
  • Recently sent, plus breakdowns by platform and by sentiment.

The Needs-you queue is the useful one. It is ordered by what will cost you if it sits there, not by what arrived last.

The metrics in Analytics

  • Reviews and Replies over the range.
  • Reply rate: the share of reviews you answered. The single best measure of whether this is working.
  • Average rating.
  • Average reply time: how long a review waits before it gets an answer.
  • Sentiment split: positive, neutral, negative.
  • Per-platform breakdown, so you can see which source is dragging.

There is also a per-app view for when one app's numbers are the whole story and the account average is hiding it.

Why two average ratings can differ

The Dashboard average covers the reviews in your current window. The Analytics average covers the full record for the range you chose.

They are measuring different things on purpose, so they will not always match. When you are quoting a number to someone else, say which one you took it from.

Your store's own rating is a third thing again. It is whatever the platform currently publishes, and it moves on the platform's schedule, not ours.

Exporting

Export on the Analytics page downloads a CSV of the integrations table: one row per connected app, with reviews, replies sent, response rate, average rating and the sentiment split for the range you are looking at. That is the summary: the thing you paste into a spreadsheet or a board deck.

It is not a dump of the reviews themselves. For a full copy of what we hold, including every review and reply, ask us. The routes are in security and privacy.
