AI Review Sensor

The Unified Inbox

Every review and message from every connected platform in one queue: filters, states, and what to do first.

What is in it

Everything from every connector you have added: App Store and Play reviews, Google Business Profile reviews, and once those connectors land, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok reviews and recommendations, and Meta direct messages.

One list, newest first, with the platform marked on each row. No tab-switching, no "which console was that in". You can re-sort by rating, by urgency, or by platform when you want to work a specific pile.

Suspected spam is shown here too, with a flag on it, rather than hidden in a folder you would never open. You decide what it is.

Filters

Four filters, and they stack:

  • Platform: one source, or all of them.
  • Rating: the star range you care about.
  • Sentiment: positive, neutral, negative, urgent.
  • Date: the window, which follows the date range set at the top of the app rather than having its own separate one.

The combination most teams live in is negative sentiment plus recent dates. That is the queue that actually costs you something.

Reading a row

Each row carries the review, the reviewer's display name as the platform gives it, the rating, the platform, and where the reply stands.

If the review was written in another language, the translation sits with the original, so you can read both. Reviews already in your language are marked as such rather than being run through translation for no reason.

Open a row for the full text, the draft, the reply history, and, for a DM, the whole conversation.

Reply states

The label on a row tells you exactly where the reply is:

  • AI Draft Reply: a draft is written and waiting for a human.
  • Approved: you approved it; it is queued to post.
  • AI Auto-reply: it met your rules and was sent automatically.
  • Already replied on platform: someone answered this in the platform's own console. We do not reply twice.
  • Auto-send disabled: a draft that would have qualified, held because auto-send is off for that app.

That last one is a useful setting to sit in for a week. You can see exactly what automation would have posted before you let it.

Replying

Open a review, read the draft, change what you want, send. Edits are yours. Nothing rewrites your text after you have touched it.

If no draft exists yet because drafting is off, sending generates one first rather than leaving you with an empty box.

For volume there is batch send, which posts the approved drafts you have selected and reports back per row, including any the platform rejected, with the reason.

What to work first

The Dashboard's Needs you queue answers this better than scrolling does: urgent and negative first, then anything still awaiting a reply.

A practical order for a daily pass:

  1. Anything urgent or one-star.
  2. Reviews that mention something factual you can correct.
  3. Everything else, in batches.

Positive reviews still deserve a real thank-you, but they are rarely the thing that has to happen before lunch.
