1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to AIReviewSensor are billed, cancelled, and refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

AIReviewSensor is a subscription-based software service. Payments are processed by our payment gateway, Paddle.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout).

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price until cancelled.

• All fees are stated exclusive of taxes unless indicated otherwise; applicable taxes (including GST) will be added where required.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing [[email protected]].

• Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which it ends.

• We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle after cancellation, unless stated otherwise in Section 4.

4. Refund eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with the Service. You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

• Duplicate or accidental charge: you were charged more than once for the same subscription, or charged in error.

• Billing error: you were charged an incorrect amount due to our mistake.

• Service not delivered: you were unable to access the Service for a material period due to a fault attributable solely to us, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time after you reported it.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our reasonable discretion outside the cases listed above.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact [[email protected]] with your account details, the charge in question, and a short description of the issue. Please submit duplicate-charge and billing-error requests within 7 days of the charge.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Free trials (if offered)

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged automatically. Trial terms shown at sign-up apply.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at [[email protected]] so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the matter is investigated.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Changes apply to subscriptions and renewals occurring after the change takes effect.
